I had the privilege of being invited to a Canvas Underground event starring:
Carrie Oliver of Oliver Ranch.

I was amongst friends at the steak tasting! Heather, Luna, Stephanie, Arnold, Jennifer, and many others from the Bay Area Food Bloggers group.

We did a tasting of 6 steaks, all artisan and all with its unique flavour. The most memorable was a steak with a popcorn finish.
